Our Career Path Program in each restaurant is designed to develop new Store General Managers and Assistant Managers.
Whatever skill level you are currently at, there is always a path forward.
In addition, our On Deck Program prepares high-performing Store Managers to become future Operations Coaches.
VIBE FOUNDERS’ FUND
Our owners have created a program to help our employees in times of crisis and great need. When leadership identifies an employee in a crisis situation they can utilize these funds to help meet those needs.
RECOGNITION
Vibe is a company that celebrates the wins of each day. We look to recognize each other and our accomplishments in store. It is common to see food and celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, sales milestones, and more.
We also celebrate our team members at each restaurant by identifying an Employee of the Month. These individuals receive gifts of recognition and can earn days of paid time off.
