IRFAAN LALANI

As CEO and Co-Founder of Vibe Restaurants, Irfaan Lalani has spent over 15 years building one of the most resilient restaurant portfolios in the country. Since 2010, Irfaan has overseen a sprawling operation of 170+ units, including Little Caesars, Wingstop, and Whataburger, spanning 14 states. His leadership is defined by a rigorous growth mindset, having successfully navigated more than 50 strategic acquisitions to date.

An alumnus of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration (Class of '06), Irfaan applies world-class hospitality principles to every facet of the business. He is a staunch advocate for a "people-first" culture, believing that strong employee morale is the true engine of operational success. Beyond Vibe, Irfaan serves on the Board of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) North Texas Chapter, contributing to the local executive community. A practitioner of yoga and meditation, Irfaan balances his professional drive with a commitment to mindful living, which he shares with his wife and two daughters.
