FAISAL LALANI

Faisal Lalani is President and Co-Founder of Vibe Restaurants, a Dallas-based multi-brand restaurant growth platform and one of the nation’s leading franchise operators. Since founding the company in 2008, Faisal has helped build Vibe into an organization with 170+ locations across 14 states, 4,000+ employees, and an estimated $300M in revenue this year. His leadership has been foundational to the company’s expansion strategy, including acquisitions, new market entry, and operational scale.

Today, Vibe operates a diversified portfolio of category-leading brands including Wingstop, Little Caesars, and Whataburger, with 89 Wingstop, 72 Little Caesars, and 9 Whataburger locations. Vibe recently earned national recognition on Restaurant Finance Monitor’s Monitor 200, ranking #85 among the Top 200 franchise organizations in the U.S.

Within Whataburger, Vibe has been recognized for both performance and values-driven leadership, receiving the Outstanding Franchise Operator Award and the Plant the Flag Award. These honors reflect Vibe’s strength in building high-performing teams, executing strategic expansion into new markets, and contributing to authentic community building while staying true to Whataburger’s culture and values.

Faisal serves on the board of Wingstop Charities, advancing community investment and philanthropic initiatives, and sits on the Whataburger Franchisee Advisory Council. He also leads outside the business as President of the Lamplighter School Dad’s Club, and participates in peer learning through Entrepreneurship Organization (EO) Dallas.

A graduate of the Texas McCombs School of Business with a degree in Finance, Faisal is known for a leadership style that is growth-minded, steady, and uplifting. Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, golf, pickleball, travel, and time with his wife and two children, Ciel and Xavi.
